Returns & Exchanges

Here at BUNNYE we're on a mission to nurture, support and inspire extraordinary transformation. We put a lot of love and care into our products and we want nothing more than for you to be over the moon with your purchase. 

Your BUNNYE pieces should fit great and look fabulous.

In case the pieces you've ordered don't fit as you were hoping, we have a few options available for you. 

1. Returns:

First and foremost, if you wish to make a return please get in touch with our team and let us know why you wish to return a piece, make proof of payment and send us a couple photos for us to see that the product is in perfect condition. 

Eligible return items should be unworn or unused and should feature all original packaging, as well as hang tags.

Once the request has been reviewed and approved by our team, we will be in touch with you regarding next steps.

We will then send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return, unfortunately, cannot be accepted.

Please note that we have 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Items received at a later date will no longer be eligible for return. 

We aim to process refunds within 14 days after receiving the returned items. Please note that some timings may vary due to processing by different banking institutions, and we cannot be held accountable for any delays on their end.

Due to COVID19, we might be able to showcase some flexibility in terms of the 14-day return period, depending on where you are shipping from. If you have questions, don't hesitate to get in touch.

The customer is in charge of covering the shipping fees and any duties or taxes associated to the return of the items.

*Kindly note that sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

2. Exchanges:

We are delighted to offer you options for exchanging your BUNNYE activewear.

You can use this service in case you need to switch the product for another size or colour, or exchange an item with another one altogether.

The quickest way to process an exchange is to first request a return and then place a new order.

3. Wrong orders and damaged goods:

In case you receive the wrong order, or a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We kindly ask you to inspect all items closely and get in touch with us right away to facilitate and speed up the replacement process. We want to make sure we can get you the goodies you ordered in tip top shape asap.

Please email us at, indicating in the title of your email: "Wrong order" / "Faulty item" / "Damaged item". Also, kindly provide a brief description of the situation, attach a couple images to support your claim, and share with us proof of payment. 

We'll do our best to get back to you as soon as possible, within 48h.
