COVID19 update: kindly note that due to the pandemic the shipping of the products might take longer than expected. Please rest assured that we are working around the clock to get your products delivered safely and as quickly as possible. Thank you for your understanding and ongoing support.

1. Shipping:

Our team aims to dispatch all orders within 1-5 working days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number for your order by e-mail.

Please allow up to 10 working days after the date of dispatch to receive your order.

Due to the pandemic, some shipping services might take longer than usual and in some cases tracking codes might not be updates as frequently by carriers. 

To calculate the delivery fee to your country please enter your full address at the check out.

Before placing an order we kindly ask you to double check and make sure that the delivery details are correct. Next, you be able to see the final order and shipping price.

We do not deliver to PO boxes; please provide a business or residential address. 

To ensure you receive your product timely, please know that you are responsible to have someone present at the delivery address to sign and accept the delivery. Should the package be shipped back to us because it could not be delivered to you, the cost for re-delivery will have to be supported by the customer. This can occur if the delivery address is unattended or if incorrect details are provided at the checkout.

Once the parcel is dispatched and the tracking number is provided to you, Bunnye holds no responsibility for any delays or loss of parcels.

2. Taxes and duties:

Deliveries to some locations can be subject to customs and duties. These can be applied by the customs control; should you incur any duties, you will be contacted by the customs office. 

Please note that these fees are beyond our control, and they are calculated on a case by case basis. Therefore, we are unable to include them in the original shipping fee.

Generally, you just need to fill out a form (digitally) and present a receipt of purchase of the goods. 

3. Delivery times:

- Dubai: 1-2 days

- Rest of UAE: 2-3 days

- Middle East: 3-5 days

- International: 5-7 days 

All orders will be sent out with a registered service. We will provide you by email a tracking number which you can use to check the progress of your order.
